Continuing Care at Home Seminar

March 26, 2019 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Landis Communities and Friends Life Care invite you to an educational opportunity at Gingrichs Mennonite Church Tuesday, March 26th. This is for individuals ages 40-85 who are in good health. The session will include information about: Options that are available to allow you to thrive in your home as long as possible. What is the difference between long-term care insurance and membership in a Friends Life Care plan? How do Medicare, Medicaid, and your current healthcare insurance relate to your long term care needs? and what affordable alternatives does this offer for quality care in your home?

This will be shared from 10:00am to Noon in the Fellowship Hall at Gingrichs Mennonite Church, 100 Forney Road.  Seating is limited. To reserve a seat, call toll free 844-2Landis (844-252-6347) or see https://www.friendslifecare.org/landis/
