I have a good friend that said to me, “Amanda, you have a lot of knowledge and some good experience, but have you used those things with WISDOM? You know you have good friends when they are willing to call out your blind spots. You know you are genuinely loved when someone has the ability to both affirm you and show you areas of growth.
