Sermon Description

Waiting is not something we tend to enjoy. I mean, after all, who wants to be in the longest check-out line in the grocery store? And who wants to wait until they turn eighteen to start driving if their parents will let them drive at sixteen? Not me! Our society doesn’t like to wait because we want to do things quickly and efficiently. We look at waiting as a waste of time. But how does God look at waiting? What do the scriptural narratives have to say about waiting? Can waiting be a gift?
