As an Elder Team, we have decided that for the next 3 Sundays (including tomorrow) we will be suspending our Sunday morning worship services. These decisions were not made lightly, but with much prayer and discernment. Due to the nature and the scope of the corona-virus pandemic and the vulnerability of our particular congregation, our highest priority is the safety and wellness of all of you. We are proactively making these changes to minimize the risks to our Gingrichs’ church family.
We will be posting our Sunday morning messages on the Gingrichs Mennonite website so that we can continue worshiping “together” in our own homes. Continue to check your emails since we will be sending you updated information periodically. If you do not receive email correspondence, we will make sure you are notified in other ways. As we move forward in these uncharted waters be reassured by the words of Jesus who said, “I am with you always…there is nothing to fear for my love is perfected as you love one another.” I am confident that God will lead us and care for us as we move forward in slowing the spread of this virus, while at the same time continuing to love God and love others in new ways.
